A673 CDX Model
A673 is a well-characterized human Ewing sarcoma cell line derived from a pediatric patient (female, 15 years old) with a peripheral primitive neuroectodermal tumor (pPNET), which is part of the Ewing sarcoma family of tumors. A673 cells harbor the characteristic EWSR1-FLI1 fusion oncogene, resulting from the t(11;22)(q24;q12) chromosomal translocation that drives Ewing sarcoma pathogenesis.
