July 16, 2020

One look inside our company and it’s clear – drug development is our passion and we are dedicated to bringing the most successful oncology treatments to patients as quickly as possible.

With a team of experts that bring their own unique knowledge, insight and experience to the table, TD2 is looking for new candidates that share our vision to find cures and relief for cancer patients that have limited treatment options.

Health and safety are our top priorities – now more than ever – even during the interview process. Due to COVID-19, TD2’s hiring and onboarding process has become a hybrid process of both onsite and virtual interactions resulting in additional interview phases to ensure that prospective candidates are the right fit for the organization and vice versa.

Although in-person interviews and interactions are our preferred route throughout the hiring process, and is something that remains a part of our nonclinical hiring practice, we will continue to leverage technology to manage recruitment until the current environment opens up to allow that to safely take place. Luckily, our hiring plans have not been affected by the pandemic and we are in greater need of talent than ever before.

Learn more about what exactly we’re looking for to determine if a career at TD2 is the right fit for you.
