# B16-F10 Syngeneic Model

**Synonyms:** B16-F10 melanoma cell line, B16-F10 skin tumor cells

B16-F10 is a well-established cancer cell line derived from murine skin melanoma. Widely used in skin cancer research, B16-F10 cells exhibit aggressive tumorigenic behavior and serve as a valuable model for studying tumor progression, metastasis, and therapeutic interventions in melanoma. They have contributed significantly to our understanding of melanoma biology, drug discovery, and immunotherapy. The B16-F10 cell line is particularly relevant for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying skin cancer and developing novel treatment strategies.
